In this residency, teaching artist Priest Huges presents STEM curriculum (science, technology, engineering, and math) using creative writing. By integrating creative writing into STEM curriculum, students build 21st century skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Choose from one of these topics:
Animal Adaptations, K, 6 workshops
Coding with Light and Sound, K-6th, 3 to 6 workshops
Requirements: Paper and pen or pencil. Teachers must be present at all times during workshops.
