A Dance Workshop or Residency for Grades K-2

Using creative movement as means for engaging young students’ imaginations, this workshop begins with simple line shapes and progresses into shapes of numbers.  Students explore creating number shapes to develop their numerical fluency and work together to demonstrate their understanding of basic number operations.

Available as a single workshop or as a multi-workshop residency.

Requirements: A large, clear space for dancing, preferably a gymnasium or multi-purpose room. If available, a large Screen TV HDMI Compatible. Teachers must be present at all times during workshops.

Fees:  $150 single/$250 double

  • The break between workshops must not exceed 90 minutes to receive the reduced rate
