The music of the Americas is a rich stew mixed from African rhythms and European melody and harmony.  This program demonstrates how musical elements from different sources and peoples have blended together to form a new world musical language. Students will hear the common elements uniting music of Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, and the United States with Africa and Europe.

Requirements: Four chairs and four music stands. Teachers must be present at all times during performance.
